While ShannonRae has both her BA in Human and Family Development and her MA in Organizational and Human Development, coupled with 20 years of business experience, 15 of which has been at an executive level contracted by the CEO or as a CEO/COO herself, her results are what truly qualify her.

ShannonRae has worked with clients and organizations with complex multiple trauma in the fields of women, youth and families; including domestic violence, sexual assault, rape, sex trafficking, violence, addiction, mental health, joblessness, homelessness, and abuse for over 20 years. She has performed research for 8 years on the impact of power and control in these populations and has developed multiple programs proven to be statistically significant and deeply valuable over long periods of time.
ShannonRae has been coaching and working with individuals, couples and families for 23 years in multiple settings. She has been facilitating groups just as long, and developing other coaches, facilitators and case managers for over 15 years.
The list of additional certifications, advanced education and trainings ShannonRae has both gone through herself and developed are numerous. Her roots belong in the following: Motivational Interviewing, CBT, Relational Theory, Solutions Based Brief Therapy, Trauma Informed, Cultural Competencies and Gender Specific Programming, Self-Coaching and Counsel, the Law of Attraction and Chaos Theories.
Immersive means that we integrate ourselves into an organization, family or individual's life. We do the job(s) along side internal team members. We may join the organization as a team member, or have whole divisions and/or sectors report into us. We experience the processes and use the systems ourselves, leading from within. With families and individuals we partner with them, and become available to them as their life occurs.
We believe exponential impact that's sustainable often requires much more than 'a session'. It requires investment, partnership, cultural integration and often a level of intense immersion, building what 'can be' out of what 'already is'. What Qualifies you to speak on survivors' topics?
"I am a survivor of complex multiple trauma, sexual assault, rape, stalking and domestic violence at the hands of my then husband who was living through addiction, and co-occuring mental health issues. While I have been blessed with many triumphs, successes and phenomenal results in my life, prior to and in the 13 years since, I, too, have lived through my own unique journey and stand whole, strong and healthy today."

She has spoken to the UNLV women's studies department, Iowa DMC statewide conference, Illinois Domestic Violence Association State Conference, Canadian Conferences on Juvenile Justice, Worldwide Tourism and Security Conferences, Wackenhut's National Sales meeting, the City of Las Vegas, City Wide Leadership Summits and has been the keynote at the Las Vegas Women's Conference two years running, just to name a few.
She speaks to large audiences for private companies, or annual conferences with hundreds or thousands of participants. For example she She speaks to small intimate groups creating custom experiences, ranging from 10-50 people. She carries no boundaries on who, when, where and how.
